true.

I dont care personally. I dont run with anyone other than guildies and I dont have tonics to use. as far as content it seems this would be fairly simple as mentioned before these things already exist in game. as also mentioned everything already has its own animations, like MOX so its no worries there.

Personally, this isn't a waste of time for the dev team to work on, If they want to make a tonic, make it perfect, and to its fullest, this also goes for the emotes, Ya maybe there isn't much people around now working on GW1, but then don't make a tonic idea every month if your not going to finish emotes on the tonics. I also /sign this cus your right, why is it only outposts that you become a tonic? Thats why people think its useless to have tonics in this game, well maybe if you want MORE fun, go outside and kill things using that tonic, if they managed to make M.O.X. have different attacking models, then they can do the same for all the other tonics, and fix on the emotes.
As i said before I /sign this so we can enjoy the tonics and stop these people who think tonics are a waste, its for fun and should be used everywhere to excite the players and game style

My guess it is for PVE balance, the tonic makes your character models quick large, so be able to tank may because quite easier seeing how mobs would have harder times goin around you.
